How to Enable Facebook Timeline Feature

Recently at f8 developers’ conference Facebook announced the new Timeline Feature. Timeline mean’s “The story of your life on a single Facebook page.” Facebook announced that Timeline would be on the way for everyone in coming days. Facebook new Timeline, gives your profile page a new outfit.

UPDATE:- Now the Facebook timeline feature is available for all worldwide, if you can,t see the option on your Facebook page. Than here is trick which allows you to enable facebbook timeline with a simple click.

Go to Introducing Timeline page here and click the Get Timeline Button below the page to activate Facebook time line.

Or if you can,t see the Button, than follow the second tutorial below to activate the Facebook timeline.

Here is step by step Guide for you to Enable the new Facebook Timeline on your profile Page.

Step 1. First you have to enable the Facebook Developer mode, search for the Developer on your search Box and click on it or open developers.facebook.com/apps.

Step 2. Now Click on Create New App and give your new app any display name and namespace.

Step 3. Now Look for the “Open Graph” header on left side, and click the “Get Started using open graph” link. And create a test action for your app, like “read” a “book”, or “eat” a “sandwich”

Step 4. After that you can see configuration page. Quickly click through them to create your app. If you want to make some change there, than do it or otherwise click Save and Continue to proceed.

Step 5. After all this you can see a page like this.

Step 6. Thats it, just wait for a few minutes and go to the Facebook home page, Now you can see the notification “Introducing Timeline – a New Kind of Profile” on your Facebook home page. Now click on the “Get in” Button to enable the new Facebook Timeline Feature for your Profile.
