Steps to Install Oxygen OS 3.1.3 on OnePlus 3
Step 1. Download OxygenOS 3.1.3 zip file from the above mention link and save it on your phone internal memory.
Step 2. Switch Off your Oneplus 3 and boot in recovery mode. Don’t know how to boot oneplus 3 in recovery mode. Check this guide.
