As we mention above to get this feature you need a updated version of Google chrome, once you updated your Google chrome browser click the Chrome menu button and then Settings. See the screen shot below:-
From the settings page click on the “Show advanced settings” link at the bottom and then click on the self-explanatory “Reset browser settings” button. From here you can easily reset your browser settings without losing your data like bookmarks, addon and themes.
Now Google chrome will reset all its settings and also remove some files like cache and temporary files from the browser to fix all the common problems from the browser and after that you can enable all your addons and themes easily from the settings menu of your chrome.
