There are so many web applications which allows you to schedule your tweets for later, but none of them gives you the option to schedule retweets. Now for the first time, you can schedule retweets on twitter with the help of Bufferapp extension. Today Bufferapp launched the new extension for Google Chrome and Firefox, which helps you to schedule retweets from the web. With this new Buffer browser extension users can use multiple Twitter accounts to schedule the retweets directly from the Twitter Page.
All you have to go to the twitter page and hit the Buffer button from the tweet and your retweet is scheduled on the Buffer dashboard. The addon is free to use and available for both Google chrome and Firefox. You can find the download link of the Buffer browser extension at the end of this post.
How to schedule retweets from the web
The process is so easy and take a minute to complete the process. First thing you have to is download the extension on your browser. One the installation process is complete, it will ask you to connect your twitter account with the Buffer app. You can connect multiple twitter accounts with the application, not only this you can also connect your Facebook and LinkedIn account with the addon. One the setup process is complete, go to the twitter home page and login with your user ID and Password. Now You can see the new “Buffer” button on all your Home page tweets. Now a new pop up screen will display on your twitter page, from here you can easily schedule your retweets from your twitter account. Now your retweet will be automatically added to the users’ queue with a pre-designated time on your buffer dashboard. See the screenshot below:-
If you want, you can easily change the retweet style from the same window. Yoiu can change into modern Retweet method (with the circular symbol displayed) or the old-school “RT @username” by rolling their cursor over the message and hit the “change to quote” button.
After all these changes, your retweet is scheduled for later. If you want make some changes on your schedules retweets, then go to the BufferApp dashboard, from here you can delete, changing to quote or moving it around in your queue.
