Xiaomi Mi 4 Phone is already launched in india and most of the users already bought the phone from the online eCommerce portal Flipkart. The android smartphone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz with a 330 Adreno GPU and GB of RAM. But all of us know the the phone is from the Chinese market and If the phone is flashed with the developers ROM to get the root access without losing the warranty, then the Google Apps and services do not open. Or if you bought the phone directly from the chinese market then you can’t find any Google services on your phone. TO use all those Google Service you need to install them manually. Here in this guide we’ll show you how you can install Google Play and other Google apps such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Translate, Google Maps etc on your Xiaomi Smart Phones.
You can use the same guide to Install Google Play Store on other Xiaomi smartphones including Mi3, Redmi Note and Redmi 1S. The guide is pretty simple and take a few minutes to install all the Google application on your phone.

No. Check this. http://technobuzz.net/download-google-apps-gapps/
The google installer apk has provided all the google services I need (and none that I dont) – contacts sync, calender sync, gmail and playstore on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G dual sim phone running MIUI6.5.2.0 , Android 4.4.4 . Very simple after wasting so much time on other failed solutions.
Thanks
