Multitouch gestures is one of the finest feature in iOS 5 for iPad. The Multitouch Gestures aren’t active by default, you have to activate it manually, to activate it go to Settings and tap General button and Enable the Multi-tasking Gestures. Now you can enjoy your 4 or 5 finger on your ipad iOS 5 and enjoy the new Multitouch Gestures feature.

1. Pinch to the Home Screen
Using four or five fingers, you can pinch while using any app on your iPad to be taken back to the main home screen so no need click Home Button to again and again.
2. Swipe up to reveal multitasking bar
Use your 4 or 5 finger to Swipe up to reveal multitasking bar, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the multitasking bar.
3. Swipe left or right between apps
Swipe your finger left or right to jump between open applications.
All of these Multitouch gestures are very comfortable and easy to activate and and users would feel very comfortable working with them.
